About Me

Thakur Ajay Singh: I'm a Computer Science Engineer and a very enthusiastic Fitness addict. I've been into DJing, Photography, Event Management and Fitness. Overtime at college I used to spend time playing Football, Badminton and also learned Boxing for quite a period of time. Fitness is like its into my blood. My father was a badminton player and used to teach me how to keep myself fit by playing games and doing basic exercises. As I grew up I started developing an interest in it even more than before and started learning more about the human body, exercises, nutrition, and fitness industry tips & tricks, etc., which helped me a lot to keep myself fit and also help people achieve their fitness goals. I’m a great foodie and love traveling. Apart from fitness and nutrition, you will also find loads of travel and food stories that I’ve done through my daily life.
